What you will do:

• Collaborate with a diverse team, including copywriters, branding specialists, and project managers.
• Create clear and consistent brand principles that help strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual language.
• Prototype your designs to ensure functionality and user experience.
• Quickly develop and present design ideas or concepts to clients, especially when working under tight deadlines, showing strong design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Regularly meet with clients to gather information and present your work.
• Work within client brand guidelines and design constraints, using creativity to find smart, effective solutions. Spot and address any edge cases in the rules.
• Write straightforward and easy-to-follow design principles, guidelines, and instructions for different teams and stakeholders. Provide simple, thoughtful answers to complex design questions.
• Write technical, yet user-friendly documentation.

• You have at least 5+ years of experience in designing and developing brand manuals.
• You possess a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across digital and print media.
• You have a proactive attitude, solution-focused mindset that thrives in team environments.
• You are detail-oriented, with a passion for consistency and quality.
• You enjoy the research, analytical, and systematical aspects of design projects.
• You have a proven track record in delivering versatile, creative and impactful design solutions.
• You demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• You are independent, open-minded, and well-organized.
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• You speak and write fluent English (B2–C1 level).

Even better if:

• You understand business goals and perspectives behind design decisions.
• You are familiar with UX/UI principles.
• You have some experience in creating animations.
• You have worked with international clients and within cross-functional teams.
• You can lead creative projects and mentor junior designers.
• You are comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Jira, teamwork or Trello)
