Independent Accountant

Agencja Zatrudnienia KS SERVICE nr. KRAZ 23286For our client – an international manufacturing company with over 15 years of experience, currently opening a new production facility in Poland and operating plants in China, Vietnam, and Singapore – we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT

Location: Łozienica, Goleniowski Park Przemysłowy.

We offer:

• direct employment within the client’s organizational structure,

• attractive gross monthly salary of PLN 12,000 – 14,000,

• performance-based bonuses of up to 20% of the base salary.

Requirements:

• university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,

• strong sense of autonomy and excellent organizational skills,

• minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a manufacturing cmpany),

• proficient command of English (minimum C1 level).

Key Responsibilities:

• independently managing the accounting and financial operations of the Polish entity,

• financial reporting and collaboration with the accounting department and CFO based in China,

• development and enhancement of local accounting and reporting systems,

• streamlining procurement processes, inventory management, and cost accounting,

• supporting the implementation of new operational improvements in the factory.

Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
