Role Summary: We’re seeking a proactive, motivated sales professional to expand our client base and strengthen relationships. This role involves identifying key prospects, conducting tailored outreach, and nurturing client relationships to drive adoption of our AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard clients from two main segments:
  • E-commerce businesses looking to boost sales through Jeeves.
  • B2B clients across various industries seeking customizable, no-code chatbot solutions via the AgentX Platform.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs to present tailored solutions that highlight the unique benefits of AgentX's products.
  • CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Provide compelling presentations of Jeeves and the AgentX Platform, showcasing their capabilities and ROI potential.
  • Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work with the CEO and senior team to develop and implement strategic sales campaigns.
  • Lead Generation and Pipeline Building: Leverage various tools and channels to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Feedback Collection: Relay client feedback to help improve product features and marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Communication Excellence: Strong ability to articulate product benefits and engage clients effectively.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B tech or solution sales, with a preference for SaaS or AI products.
  • Tech Interest: Familiarity with AI or tech solutions, and a keen interest in innovative technology.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM Knowledge: Proficiency in managing leads and follow-ups using CRM systems.
  • Independent and Driven: Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is essential; Polish is an added bonus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and leverage them effectively.


Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience conducting product demos and handling objections.
  • Knowledge of AI chatbot solutions or e-commerce tools.
  • Networking skills to establish strong client connections.
