We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Policies and Processes Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

• Managing retail credit processes (Cash Loans / Credit Cards / Mortgages / Overdraft / BNPL)
• Preparing retail credit risk policies for credit products offered for different markets
• Preparing retail credit risk processes and flows
• Testing of credit processes
• Monitoring of retail credit portfolio
• Data analysis to generate portfolio insights
• Assisting and working together with sales, business, legal and collection teams for introduction and management of credit products
• Presenting Projects’ statuses / Policy changes / Portfolio performance / Monitoring reports to Higher Management

Skills you should have

• Good Knowledge of retail credit risk processes, especially for products like Cash Loan, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Overdraft, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)
• Experience in banking sector (especially Poland)
• Experience in Data Analytics to generate important insights
• Understanding of credit bureaus and the type of data provided by them
• Understanding of Basic Lending Regulations & Law
• Good knowledge of SQL
• B.S. or Master's Degree in finance, statistics, computer science, mathematics, econometrics or related
• Fluency in English and good communication skills
