Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution, combining Vodeno’s cutting-edge, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, strong balance sheet, and deep regulatory expertise. As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Payments Operational Contributor - Investigation area ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.


What you will be doing?

  1. You will handle complaints and inquiries
  2. You will monitor and process payment inquiries and complaints
  3. You will analyze reported complaints and determine the cause of the problem
  4. You will handle complaints and inquiries in SWIFT and Ognivo systems
  5. You will consider complaints and inquiries and make decisions based on collected information and documents
  6. You will prepare responses to complaints
  7. You will provide operational service for domestic and foreign payments
  8. You will support payment systems: SWIFT, SEPA, ELIXIR, SORBNET
  9. You will support the reconciliation process of Nostro accounts and general ledger accounts
  10. You will assist in payment projects
  11. You will cooperate with other organizational teams of the Bank
  12. You will propose initiatives to eliminate the causes of complaints
  13. You will handle complaints and inquiries in the Jira application in a timely manner


Skills you should have


  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank
  2. A university degree
  3. Basic knowledge of payment product processes
  4. Developed skills in the area of interpersonal communication
  5. Decision-making skills
  6. Good work organization and efficient setting of priorities
  7. Initiative and independence in action
  8. Openness to contact with the client, empathy
  9. Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
  10. English - minimum B2 level
  11. Fluency in Polish
  12. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite
