Are you an accounting expert passionate about month-end close processes and precise financial reporting? Join our General Ledger team on a fixed-term assignment (18 months) to uphold financial accuracy. Support core accounting activities while team members focus on a finance transformation project. Collaborate with a global finance group to ensure continuity, timeliness, and reliability of essential accounting operations during this time.

Partner with the best

Our Global Team manages Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, and Software Capitalization. Responsibilities include month-end closing, accurate data entry, and timely reporting. Daily tasks involve analyzing diverse accounting cases, offering insight into the global Assets Capitalization process. This role emphasizes collaboration, fostering growth, and maintaining a supportive workplace environment focused on teamwork and positivity.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing month-end and year-end activities within Property Accounting area in an accurate and timely manner

• Ensuring balance sheet accounts accuracy and completeness (including preparation/review of balance sheet reconciliations)

• Cooperating with Finance, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure proper accounting treatment (data collection and validation) and compliance with SOX controls

• Supporting other team members to respond to regular and ad hoc requests

• Reviewing Agreements and ensuring proper accounting treatment under US GAAP

• Participating in testing of accounting solutions within system implementation projects

• Demonstrate good analytical skills and be able to draw clear and relevant conclusions

• Possess proficiency in Excel and speak, write and read English language fluently

• Have a working knowledge and understanding of general ledger accounting - preferably a graduate of Finance or Accounting Studies

• Be motivated to learn and demonstrate a proactive approach

• Be cooperative, communicative, and able to work in virtual and fast-changing environment
