Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day, you’ll take responsibility for the Business Unit reporting preparation on a monthly, quarterly and forecast period basis
- Prepare and make relevant variance analyses of P&L and balance sheet on a monthly/quarterly basis and for forecast
- Make detailed margin analysis as well as pricing analysis
- Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (personnel within Local Finance)
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.
- Analyse S&A costs of sales companies and of the business unit
- Take the lead on developing, simplifying and automating reports and processes in Power BI / power Query / Excel
- Can drive larger continuous improvement and change project
Your Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields
- Fluent English is a must, French nice to have
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in General Ledger/ F&PA area
- Practical knowledge of accounting processes and rules
- Power BI required / Power Query is a plus
- Strong Analytical skills include identifying, forecasting and resolving problems
- Have excellent communication and numeric skills with good attention to detail
- Have the ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
- Should have working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Travel : some business travels may be required to Grenoble, France mainly but not exhaustive.
