Coordinator, Quality

Your main responsibilities:

• Organize the work of Quality Specialists Team, priority management, assignment, performance control, reporting results to the Quality Manager

• Provide efficient support to the Operations Team in processing problematic orders and deliveries 

• Ensure support for the stock inventory process - cyclical inventory/ control inventory (conducting inventory, explaining stock discrepancies, creating inventory documentation etc.)

• Create, update the standard operating procedures/ manuals and conducting quality audits 

• Supervise and implement the HACCP system 

• Monitor the quality parameters of supported processes, creating statistics and reports

• Train employees in quality processes

• Create development plans for employees

This is the right job for you if:

• Have higher education - Logistics, Management

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a logistics or production company

• Very good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management rules, inventory regulations and the best practices

• Orientation to customer needs, cost analysis

• English language - B1

• Very good knowledge of WMS systems (e.x.DAX 365), MS Office 

• Knowledge of the e-commerce, fulfillment operations 

• Experience in team management and team motivation

• Goal orientation

• Very good organization of own work and team work

• The ability to quickly understand the relationships between organizational processes. 

• Good communication skills - clarity and precision of expression
