As part of the Technical Platform Teams we provide to internal customers, NoSQL databases. We have built our own dbaas based on Kubernetes. We provide support to development teams in the context of databases, application modelling, performance troubleshooting, backups & restore solutions.

With us you will be dealing with MongoDB clusters at serious scale:
- hundreds of databases on production
- thousands of date nodes
- hundreds of terabytes of data
- ~million ops aggregate traffic to databases
- we are doing databases on Kubernetes
- two datacenters and the cloud
We are looking for people who:
- are eager and willing to learn MongoDB databases administration
- are focused on solving problems at the interface between applications and databases
- have a knack for tackling performance issues
- use Linux with ease
- are familiar with English at a level of min. B2
Nice if you have:
- knowledge of data modeling design topics oriented towards optimal data storage and high performance
- practical expertise in finding causes of performance problems, performing load tests, tuning queries and selecting optimal indexes;
- knowledge in Kubernetes and public clouds environment;
- understanding of issues with performing backups and disaster recovery;
- Experience in MongoDB
