Short Description

The purpose of this position is to drive all business operations within EEA, APAC and CEE enabling sales acceleration and supporting the business development team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with external agencies and integrators to optimize sourcing processes and channel efficiency

• Driving the daily execution and strategic scaling of campaigns, ensuring a robust pipeline of deal sourcing and high-velocity promotion participation

• Facilitating daily task execution and acting as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration

• Coordinating with Advertising and Marketing teams to maximize merchant ad adoption and leverage ATL allocations

• Leveraging internal and external data sources to prioritize account management activities and provide actionable insights

• Bridging communication between sales and category teams to ensure strategic alignment and input exchange

• Executing operational tasks including merchant presentations, event management, and quarterly portfolio reviews

• Managing incentive programs and rebates (such as Diamond Retrobonus and 1F Rebates) to drive merchant GMV

• Driving full adoption and operational reporting of CRM systems to ensure data integrity and performance tracking

This is the right job for you if:

• You have proven ability to manage partners

• You are skilled at acting as a SPOC in different cross-functional teams

• You have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources

• You have proficiency in executing presentations, events, and quarterly portfolio reviews

• You have strong focus on CRM adoption and operational reporting (Salesforce preferred)

• You have background in Account Management or Project Management is highly preferred

• Your language fluency is min. C1 English & Polish
