Your role as Growth Manager – Performance & Influencer Marketing:

🌳 Influencer growth engine – Lead and scale influencer campaigns as a measurable acquisition channel, focusing on ROI, conversions, and repeat performance.

🌳 Performance collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with our paid marketing lead, supporting campaign execution (especially social ads), ensuring influencer content is repurposed and optimized for performance channels.

🌳 Team management – Manage and grow a small marketing team (creator + campaign specialists), balancing day-to-day execution with strategy and scaling.

🌳 AI & automation – Apply AI tools to influencer outreach, creative generation, campaign optimization, and reporting at scale.

🌳 Integrated growth loops – Connect influencer and performance efforts with CRM, loyalty, email, and product-driven initiatives to create compounding growth effects.

🌳 International expansion – Adapt and scale campaigns across multiple European markets, ensuring local relevance and efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

🌳 Performance-aware – Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, TikTok) and ability to support campaign execution and creative optimization.

🌳 Technical marketer: Strong skills in AI, CRM, or marketing automation – and ability to apply them at scale.

🌳 AI-first mindset: You use AI tools creatively to scale workflows, campaigns, and reporting.

🌳 Data-driven operator: You define KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize influencer campaigns for growth.

🌳 Influencer know-how: Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to run it as a scalable, automated growth channel.

🌳 Team builder: You have experience leading and scaling teams, empowering people around you while keeping a strategic focus.

🌳 Startup mindset: Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🌳 Strong communicator: Excellent English (B2+) and ability to manage cross-country campaigns.
