Your Role as an Office Assistant
🌲 Support our operations by handling invoice processing, agreement flow, and general financial documentation.
🌲 Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices—both incoming and outgoing—and maintain clear, organized records.
🌲 Coordinate the signing, archiving, and monitoring of contracts and agreements with hosts, vendors, and partners.
🌲 Help document and improve internal processes related to finance and administration.
🌲 Assist in administrative tasks such as team scheduling, organizing documentation, or collecting missing information.
🌲 Collaborate with other teams (operations, customer success, growth) to support them with finance- or admin-related tasks.
🌲 Be a go-to person for keeping our internal operations smooth and well-organized—sometimes beyond finance.

🌲 You have solid communication skills (Polish & English), both written and verbal.
