Your role as a TikTok Expert and Content Creator

We seek an individual who is well-versed in the world of TikTok content creation and has a strong understanding of the platform landscape. You will serve as a subject matter expert on TikTok content and will take the lead in creating top-quality short-form outdoor content. You will:

🌲 Plan and create TikTok content for daily publishing with an emphasis on current TikTok trends and crafting moments and storylines that highlight the beauty of spending time in nature

🌲 Monitor performance of posts to inform publishing and content strategies and identify attributes that lead to successful posts

🌲 Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for content that can be optimized into a format that fits the platform

We're looking for:

🌲 Proven experience in creating engaging TikTok content

🌲 Strong skills in video production and content creation, including filming, editing, and storytelling to produce engaging TikTok videos

🌲 Experience with TikTok trends, challenges, and popular sounds to maximize engagement and visibility

🌲 A strategic mindset to develop targeted content that aligns with our organizational goals and resonates with our audience

🌲 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that capture attention and drive engagement

🌲 A commitment to our mission and the ability to convey our values authentically through TikTok content

🌲 Experience with TikTok analytics to track and optimize video performance

🌲 Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, or content creation to drive TikTok growth

🌲 Native Polish and English proficiency (at least B2)
