Master Data Specialist

Opis Stanowiska:

• Creation, maintenance, and updating supplier master data in systems (D365), ensuring compliance with data governance rules and business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data alignment across the organization,

• Perform data validation and cleansing to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies,

• Develop and enforce data governance standards and procedures to ensure high data quality and compliance,

• Monitor data workflows and resolve data-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of master data requests.

• Proactively supporting the standardization of MDM practices, proposing process enhancements, and implementing best practices for data governance.

• Identify process improvement opportunities within the SC organization.

• Lead or co-lead SC digital transformation initiatives

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

• Build automated data pipelines using tools.

Wymagania:

• Min. 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, preferably within D 365 environments. Knowledge of Supplier/Customer Management or Procurement data is a plus

• Proficiency in and Excel. 

• Knowledge of MDM platforms is an asset.

• Strong analytical mindset to interpret complex data, identify anomalies, and maintain a solution-oriented approach to data challenges.

• Proactive approach to optimizing data management practices and contributing to best practice development.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments.

• Excellent command of English
