- Ensure the achievement of fibre strategy.
- Analyze and develop network expansion and modernization concepts.
- Plan and create network link and site projects using planning tools (e.g., ISD, fibre).
- Request and coordinate infrastructure solutions with partners.
- Design high-level IP/WDM hardware and manage hardware vendor orders.
- Review and approve work packages from hardware vendors.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to routing information and RAN rollout.
- Update and manage site and network element projects, including rack designs and plan routes.
- Solve network disruptions and follow up on complex site setups.
- Collaborate in MAC/POC clusters to improve processes and handle project tasks.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, or Telecommunications.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telecommunications.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in transport parameter planning, FTTS, and optical fiber capacity planning.
- Holding Cisco CNNA cerfificate, routing and 5G experience.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
