Your responsibilities

• Handling recruitment processes for IT roles from start to finish.

• Actively looking for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

• Conducting phone screenings and verifying candidates' skills.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates.

• Working closely with the Recruitment Team and other Departments.

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Creating and publishing job advertisements. 

• Conducting onboarding processes for new employees.

• Handling offboarding procedures for departing employees.

• Preparing employment contracts

Our requirements

• Minimum two years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and candidate search techniques.

• Strong knowledge of the IT market and various technologies.

• Ability to conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates' competencies.

• Communicative English.

• Independence, proactivity, and good communication skills.

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work comfortably in a dynamic environment.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to stay focused when working with tight deadlines.
