Who we're looking for
A person who:
Has student status (preferred fields: management, psychology, sociology, or related).
Is interested in the IT industry and wants to grow in the field of recruitment.
Is communicative, open-minded, and well-organized.
Is not afraid of challenges and eager to learn new things.
Has a communicative level of English.
Nice to have:
Initial experience in IT recruitment (e.g. internships, volunteering, university projects) — but this is not required.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the team in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Actively sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
Conducting initial interviews and collaborating with technical teams.
Creating and publishing job advertisements.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Cooperating with the HR team and other departments.
