You’ll take full ownership of several IT projects, ensuring every detail is managed, every deadline is met, and each project leaves a lasting impression. You’ll strengthen relationships with long-term clients and help turn new collaborations into lasting partnerships.

🔧 What will you do day-to-day:

• Lead multiple IT projects: on time, on budget, and with measurable impact
• Manage the full project lifecycle: set goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and oversee all phases
• Keep clients and stakeholders updated with clear communication and strong relationship-building
• Support your team by ensuring they have everything needed to succeed
• Monitor deliverables, performance, and processes to maintain quality and drive improvements

✅ What we’re looking for you if:

• You have 2+ years of IT Project Management experience (multiple projects, external clients, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks)
• You are in English and Polish, essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams
• You posess pro-level communication skills to get the message across clearly and effectively (whether it’s with clients or your team)
• Reliability is second nature to you and when you’re in charge, things get done right
• You make decisions independently, you don’t wait for answers, you make the call and own it
• You're great at organizing and easily adapt in a fast-paced environment while and keeping things moving
• You're ready to work in the office 4 days a week (we have a beautiful office at the very center of Wrocław)

How will the process look like:

1. You'll meet our HR Manager, Kamila Wyrwas, during a phone call. We'll cover the basics and answer the questions you might have at this point (approx. 20 minutes)
2. We will invite you to our office to meet Lead PM, Ada Bryś, and Kamila who you already met, will be there too. Here we will get more into detail about the role and duties, ask several in-depth quesitons about your past experience and go through several use case questions (1 hour)
3. We might ask you to complete a short situational task to learn how you operate and understand thought process (it will take you 1-2 hours)
4. Lastly, you'll meet our CEO, Jerzy Kozyra.
5. After that, the only thing left to do is accept the offer and you’re ready to go.
