You’ll take full ownership of several IT projects, ensuring every detail is managed, every deadline is met, and each project leaves a lasting impression. You’ll strengthen relationships with long-term clients and help turn new collaborations into lasting partnerships.

What will you do day-to-day:

• Lead multiple IT projects: on time, on budget, and with measurable impact

• Manage the full project lifecycle: set goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and oversee all phases

• Keep clients and stakeholders updated with clear communication and strong relationship-building

• Support your team by ensuring they have everything needed to succeed

• Monitor deliverables, performance, and processes to maintain quality and drive improvements

We’re looking for you if:

• You're ready to work in the office 4 days a week (we have a beautiful office at the very center of Wrocław)

• You have 2+ years of IT Project Management experience (multiple projects, external clients, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks)

• You are in English and Polish, essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams

• You posess pro-level communication skills to get the message across clearly and effectively (whether it’s with clients or your team)

• Reliability is second nature to you and when you’re in charge, things get done right

• You make decisions independently, you don’t wait for answers, you make the call and own it

• You're great at organizing and easily adapt in a fast-paced environment while and keeping things moving
