You’ll take full ownership of several IT projects, ensuring every detail is managed, every deadline is met, and each project leaves a lasting impression. You’ll strengthen relationships with long-term clients and help turn new collaborations into lasting partnerships.

What will you do on a daily basis:

  • Lead multiple IT projects, delivering on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: set goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and oversee all phases.

  • Keep clients and stakeholders updated with clear communication and strong relationship-building.

  • Support your team by ensuring they have everything needed to succeed.

  • Monitor deliverables, performance, and processes to maintain quality and drive improvements.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of IT Project Management experience, managing multiple projects for external clients at once, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Fluency in German, English and Polish – essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams.

  • In-person cooperation in Wrocław and readiness to work in the office 4 days a week.

  • Pro-level communication skills—you know how to get the message across clearly and effectively, whether it’s with clients or your team.

  • Reliability is second nature to you—when you’re in charge, things get done right.

  • Independent decision-making—you don’t wait for answers, you make the call and own it.

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

How will the process look like:
