HR Generalist
Your responsibilities
● Policy Application: Collaborate with the HR Director to ensure ASW’s policies and procedures are consistently and fairly enforced.
● HR Procedures Management: Maintain and update HR procedures, including performance appraisals, recruitment, and induction processes.
● Benefits Administration: Oversee and manage ASW’s benefits programs, ensuring effective operation and employee satisfaction.
● Recruitment Support: Actively participate in all stages of the recruitment process for support staff positions, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring experience.
● Onboarding & Induction: Provide comprehensive support for new hires, including coordinating and delivering induction training to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
● Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing advice and support to management.
● Performance Management: Support the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
● Data Management & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data, preparing reports as needed, including employee surveys.
● HR Projects: Lead and contribute to various HR projects, particularly those related to HR Information Systems (HRIS).
● Business Process Optimization: Actively participate in the optimization of HR department processes to enhance efficiency.
● Policy Implementation: Assist in creating and interpreting HR policies and procedures, ensuring their effective implementation.
● Contract Management: Review and prepare employee contracts and related documents, including service agreements.
● Occupational Health & Safety: Take responsibility for Occupational Medicine and Health & Safety matters, including necessary inspections.
● Compensation & Benefits Advice: Provide guidance on compensation and benefits to managers and employees.
What We're Looking For
● Education & Experience
Degree in Psychology, Management, or a relevant HR-focused field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law.
● Skills & Competencies
In-depth understanding of compensation & benefits/payroll regulations.
Fluency in both English and Polish.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
Advanced relationship-building and networking abilities.
Experience with customer service philosophies and dynamics.
