As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Logistics Broker Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to building a high-performing sales team, with the potential to take on a leadership role in managing the team.
About the role:
The Logistics Broker Sales Representative plays a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and partners to deliver customized freight solutions. This position focuses on selling the client's services, with an emphasis on land freight and last-mile deliveries for retail clients.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing the full logistics process, from securing freight to final delivery.
-Negotiating service agreements with shippers.
- Negotiating competitive rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Leveraging a robust pipeline of warm leads from trade shows and RFPs.
