Branch Representative

Branch Director (Opening) – Financial Services | Warsaw

For an international financial services firm active in online brokerage and capital markets, we are looking for a Branch Representative to lead the setup of a new office in Warsaw.

This is a unique opportunity to build a branch from the ground up. You will act as the primary local contact for regulators (incl. KNF) and take ownership of compliance, operations, finance, HR, and office management. Working closely with international teams, you will translate global policies into effective local execution while ensuring full compliance with Polish regulations.

Your responsibilities

• Lead regulatory & compliance activities, including reporting, AML, and client complaints

• Implement tax reporting processes (PIT-8C) and ensure full regulatory alignment

• Support the market launch and local positioning of the organization

• Manage local finance operations and coordinate with external tax/bookkeeping partners

• Oversee HR operations and recruitment of the local team

• Set up and manage the Warsaw office environment

Your profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in Compliance, Operations, or Finance within financial services (brokerage, banking, fintech)

• Strong understanding of capital markets, Polish regulations, AML, and tax reporting

• Fluent Polish (native) and strong English (C1)

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in a setup/scale-up environment
