We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI models that produce high-quality, creative outputs. You'll collaborate with automation specialists and product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions that meet business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design and optimize generative models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers) for text, image, and audio generation.
• Data Management: Handle large datasets, ensuring quality and integrity through preprocessing and augmentation.
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with generative AI research and integrate new techniques.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define AI solutions and integrate models into production.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance model performance, scalability, and latency.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of model architecture and training processes.
• Testing & Validation: Implement testing protocols for model robustness.
• Mentorship: Guide junior developers and interns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in AI/ML development, focused on generative models.
• Education: Bachelor's or master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in generative models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
• Knowledge of deep learning, cloud platforms, and containerization (AWS, Docker).
• Experience with large datasets and data preprocessing.
• Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Effective project management and time management skills.
• Bonus Skills: NLP, computer vision, audio processing, reinforcement learning, or contributions to open-source projects.
