AP Manager
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Lead a AP team covering processes such as Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Vendor Management.
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery of AP processes in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive execution of the global FSC Strategy across Business Partnering, Talent, Continuous Improvement, and Leverage Scale pillars.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Units, Corporate Functions, Global Process Owners, Technology Teams, and CI Managers.
- Support the integration of new businesses into the AP framework.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, foster team communication, andza organize team meetings to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Identify, lead, and embed continuous improvement initiatives within the AP function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and process controls.
- Implement global process changes at the regional level, ensuring consistency and adherence to global standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AP, including leadership roles in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and related technologies.
- Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Experience in project management and process improvement is an asset.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
- Fluency in English.
- High ethical standards, strong decision-making, organizational agility, and a collaborative, business-oriented mindset.
- Resilience, composure under pressure, and commitment to developing talent.
