Title: APAC Logistics Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and develop a growing logistics team (15–50 people).

• Manage shipment requests for domestic and international orders, including order tracking and stakeholder updates.

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: shipment, packaging & labeling, order updates, legal clearances.

• Drive inventory movement optimization (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning).

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

• Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with global operations.

• Support team operations: goal setting, time management, conflict resolution, task delegation, and resource allocation.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industry.

• Strong people management background (min. 5 years).

• Hands-on experience with APAC logistics operations (must-have).

• Knowledge of vendor and warehouse management.

• Fluent English (C1/C2), written and spoken.

• Experience with SAP ERP.

• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Bachelor’s degree (logistics, supply chain, or similar).
