Opis stanowiska

For our client currently we are looking for candidates for the position of: Assistant to the Executive Board with German

Your Role:

  • Coordinate the Executive Board's calendar, including scheduling meetings and events

  • Provide daily administrative support, including managing correspondence and preparing reports

  • Take charge of meeting organization: set agendas, document minutes, and follow up on outcomes

  • Assist in planning and executing internal events like Townhalls and workshops

  • Support the preparation of employee surveys and contribute to the analysis and reporting of results

  • Provide project support to the Executive Board, especially on strategic, communication, and change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German (C1 or higher)

  • Experience supporting senior-level executives or board members in an international environment

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of professionalism and discretion

  • Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Willing to occasionally travel to Germany
