Claims & Returns Specialist with Turkish
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative professional to join the team responsible for handling claims and returns processes. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate processing, analysis, and resolution of disputes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and clarify claims and returns disputes in cooperation with customers and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance)
Ensure accurate and timely registration of claims and returns in the ERP system
Contact customers and sales teams to resolve claims-related issues
Monitor, report, and analyze claims and returns based on customer specifics and business needs
Issue retrospective corrections in line with contractual agreements
Maintain accurate records of retrospective settlements, including contract verification
Support projects related to system improvements and processes within sales, customer service, and logistics areas
Qualifications:
University degree
Proficiency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g. claims, customer service, finance operations), prefereably in shared service enviroment
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders
