About your future employer:

Our Client is looking for a Compliance Assurance Analyst with French to join their Global Compliance Assurance Team. You will be based in Krakow and work closely with compliance teams around the world. This role gives you the chance to contribute to many areas of compliance, including marketing, sales, client services, governance, trading, reporting, and employee training.

• Monitor compliance across different business areas and recommend improvements.

• Support compliance projects and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

• Review and validate processes to make sure they follow company and legal standards.

• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across international teams.

• Build strong relationships with local officers, business owners, and internal audit.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Internal Audit (preferably in financial services or fintech).

• Good understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to change.

• Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written).

• Confident with Excel and documentation tasks.
