Customer Service Representative with Danish

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide post-sales customer service in line with internal standard
• Operate and manage internal systems (data entry, updates, monitoring)
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Danish at C1 level as well as English at B2
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a post-sales environment
• Ability to work with CRM systems or other customer service tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
