Customer Service Specialist with German


My client operates on a global scale, offering integrated solutions to enhance cleanliness, hygiene, and resource efficiency. Key responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage transactions using SAP/CRM systems.
  • Confirm customer orders and track shipment statuses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve issues within the order-to-cash process.
  • Meet daily deadlines and ensure high-quality order processing to achieve monthly targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in German (at least B2 level, both spoken and written).
  • Strong command of English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent customer-focused mindset.
  • Skilled in professional and friendly business communication.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make sound decisions.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-speed environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service software or SAP is a plus.
