Data Analytics & Automation Specialist

As a BI Reporting & Data Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and automating financial and production reporting tools. This is a hands-on technical role where you will leverage your expertise in advanced Excel, Power BI (DAX), Power Query, and VBA to optimize reporting flows, support budgeting, and ensure daily monitoring of key business processes.

You will closely cooperate with Finance and Production stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making in a regulated industry environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, improve, and automate financial and production reports using advanced Excel, Power BI (DAX), Power Query, and VBA macros.

• Rebuild and optimize existing reporting flows to increase efficiency and transparency.

• Conduct data analysis, cost efficiency evaluations, and provide tools for budgeting and performance monitoring.

• Ensure high-quality data visualization to support business decisions.

• Work with large datasets in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

• Cooperate with stakeholders across Finance and Production teams to understand reporting needs and deliver practical solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in Power BI (DAX), Power Query, VBA, and advanced Excel – these will be used daily.

• Experience in rebuilding reporting systems and data flows; ability to work with limited tools with creativity and flexibility.

• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to draw business conclusions from data.

• Practical knowledge of English (spoken and written).

• Preferred: experience in reporting and analytics within industrial/production/manufacturing environments.

• Nice to have: experience in BI transformation projects or reporting automation.
