In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, coding, and verifying product software for power electronics control modules according to the Automotive SPICE process in the area of AUTOSAR architecture.
Location: Kraków (hybrid, 2 times per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct software requirements analysis.
- Design software focusing on communication stack development and diagnostic module integration.
- Develop software code for real-time embedded systems, specializing in communication and diagnostic features, either through manual coding or configuring AUTOSAR modules.
- Perform software verification on both test benches and vehicles.
- Prepare software documentation, including design specs, test plans, and test results.
- Provide software development support during test trips for the company and its customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostic functionalities (e.g., network management, fault management, UDS) within the AUTOSAR framework.
- Proficiency in C programming.
- Familiarity with standardized software development processes, ideally ASPICE.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English.
