About your future employer:

Our client is a global financial corporation that provides top-class customer service and continuously improves financial operations. We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst who will support and develop finance systems, working closely with both Finance and IT teams.


Finance Systems Analyst

In this role, you will mainly support the global Cash Operations Teams by maintaining and improving the Cash and Asset Reconciliation tool (AutoRek) and a Payments Platform. You will ensure systems run smoothly, provide user support, manage projects, and help implement system improvements. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, has strong analytical skills, and wants to be part of an international finance function.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Maintain and support finance systems (AutoRek, Payments Platform, and others).

  • Act as a main contact point for Cash Operations, Share Dealing Control, and Treasury teams.

  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle (from requirements gathering to roll-out).

  • Work with Finance and IT teams on system improvements and testing.

  • Provide training and user support for finance systems.

  • Cooperate with external providers on upgrades and improvements.

  • Document processes and ensure smooth daily system operations.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Maths, or similar.

  • Experience in maintaining or developing finance systems.

  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL or other relational databases).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.

  • Experience working between Finance and IT functions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Experience with AutoRek or other reconciliation tools.

  • Knowledge of Payments Platforms or Treasury Management Systems.

  • Skills in Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Access, SNOW, JIRA.
