Our client is a global financial corporation that provides top-class customer service and continuously improves financial operations. We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst who will support and develop finance systems, working closely with both Finance and IT teams.
Finance Systems Product Manager
We are looking for a Finance Systems Product Manager to take ownership of our treasury and reconciliation systems portfolio, including AutoRek, FIS Integrity, and iRecs. You will lead product strategy, oversee vendor partnerships, and ensure these systems support our global operations for managing cash, assets, liquidity, and payments. This role is ideal for someone who combines product management skills with deep knowledge of treasury and reconciliation processes.
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
Define the direction and roadmap for treasury and reconciliation systems.
Identify opportunities to improve and evolve platforms, including moving from on-premise to cloud solutions.
Build strong relationships with vendors, influence their product development, manage performance, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Work closely with Treasury and Finance Operations teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and promote user adoption.
Oversee the development and deployment of system enhancements, manage product backlogs, and coordinate user testing and launches.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and act as a subject matter expert for treasury and reconciliation systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations, compliance, and technical excellence.
Define and track KPIs, measure system adoption, and ensure platforms deliver operational value and ROI.
What we’re looking for:
University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years in product management or business analysis within financial services
Experience managing vendor relationships and commercial negotiations
Strong understanding of treasury, cash management, payments, and reconciliation processes
Experience with multiple systems or platforms, and proven track record of successful implementations
Product management certification (CSPO, CPM) and financial qualifications are a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
Knowledge of system architectures, APIs, and both on-premise and cloud deployments
