FP&A Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and experienced FP&A Team Leader to manage and develop a team responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting within SG&A functions. The successful candidate will drive standardization, automation, and process improvements while ensuring accurate and insightful financial support for business decisions.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the FP&A and SG&A team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

• Analyze financial results, identify key drivers, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders to support strategic decisions and ensure cost discipline.

• Enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, SAP) to improve visibility and data accuracy.

• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Promote knowledge sharing and build a strong team culture focused on accountability and collaboration.

• Identify training needs, support team development, and manage succession planning.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in FP&A and SG&A functions, ideally in a multinational organization.

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Previous managerial experience with a track record of people leadership and development.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP (R3/S4HANA) and Power BI is a strong asset.

• Fluent English (both spoken and written).

• Experience in plant controlling or continuous improvement initiatives will be considered an advantage.
