Growth Engineer (B2B SaaS)
Location: Warsaw (hybrid type of work)
About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Engineer to accelerate our commercial engine by blending software engineering, automation, and growth marketing. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) operations are scalable, data-driven, and AI-enhanced.
You will own the technical backbone of growth initiatives - from optimizing our digital presence and building automation workflows across HubSpot/Salesforce to experimenting with AI-driven outreach. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems creatively, connecting systems, and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Optimization
Lead technical and on-page SEO efforts to increase inbound traffic and improve search rankings.
Build dashboards to track and optimize organic performance.
Partner with marketing to ensure content aligns with SEO strategy.
Commercial Workflow Automation
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot, Salesforce, and related tools.
Build integrations and data pipelines to merge, clean, and enrich datasets across commercial systems.
Continuously improve CRM processes to enhance lead management, reporting, and scalability.
AI-Driven Outreach
Develop and deploy AI-based systems for personalized cold outreach campaigns.
Test and refine prompts, sequences, and data sources to maximize engagement.
Measure and optimize conversion rates from outreach through to pipeline creation.
Growth Experimentation & Tooling
Identify, test, and scale new tools, frameworks, and methods to accelerate revenue growth.
Partner with sales and marketing to experiment with new channels and optimize funnel performance.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in growth engineering, marketing automation, or sales operations within a SaaS or B2B technology company.
Strong technical skills in workflow automation, CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce), and data manipulation (SQL, Python, or equivalent).
Working knowledge of SEO best practices (technical SEO, keyword research, and web performance optimization).
Experience with AI/ML tools for outreach (e.g., GPT-based platforms, sequencing tools).
Analytical mindset with the ability to design experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating at the intersection of technical and commercial teams.
