Our Client, an international company in the sports industry, is looking for an HR Financial Controller to join their HR team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role at the intersection of HR and Finance, contributing to strategic planning, reporting, and process optimization in a global environment.
You will act as a crucial link between local entities, the brand organization, and the global operations teams, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all HR controlling processes.
HR Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities
Calculate and optimize monthly personnel provisions (e.g. bonuses, severance payments, anniversaries) and ensure accurate financial planning.
Independently manage personnel budgeting and distribute plan values on a monthly basis.
Prepare booking templates for the accounting team to ensure smooth processing and accuracy.
Develop and monitor personnel cost budgets, conducting variance analyses and providing actionable insights.
Prepare and analyze HR data and KPIs, supporting decision-making through regular and ad-hoc reports.
Support audits and ensure compliance with local and corporate financial requirements.
Collaborate closely with payroll and business controlling teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
What You Bring
University degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR Controlling, Finance, Accounting.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP.
Structured, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English; German would be an advantage.
