Internal Auditor

 

In this role, you will support audit assignments across a wide range of business areas. You will assess internal controls, document findings, and work closely with stakeholders at operational and senior management levels. You will also contribute to clear audit reporting and follow up on agreed actions to ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in internal audit assignments across different business areas
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls
• Conduct controls testing, risk assessments, and process walkthroughs
• Document audit findings clearly and to a high standard
• Support preparation of audit reports and recommendations
• Track and follow up on management actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations and management levels
• Build knowledge of business processes, products, markets, and regulatory requirements

 

Requirements:

• Experience in internal or external audit (financial services or regulated environment preferred)
• Big 4 experience is a strong advantage
• Understanding of financial and operational processes in regulated businesses
• Experience in controls testing, risk assessment, and process walkthroughs
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and validation
• SQL, Python, or data visualization tools are a plus
• Working towards or holding a qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
