Junior Administration Specialist with Slovenian

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

  • Assist in processing payroll to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, to address payroll-related matters.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple countries to support payroll operations.
  • Handle sensitive payroll information with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Support the resolution of payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Slovenian (at least B2+ level).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
