Junior Back Office Specialist with German - 100% remote 

As a Junior Back Office Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for reviewing and processing online content to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. This is an entry-level, back-office role focused on administrative and analytical tasks, ideal for candidates starting their professional career.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Check extracted website content to ensure it is correct and complete
• Review website links and confirm that the selected information makes sense
• Write and improve advertising headlines and short descriptions
• Edit and adjust ad texts based on quality guidelines
• Make final corrections before content is approved
• Build strong knowledge of the process and advertising rules over time

Requirements:

• German at minimum C1 level
• English at minimun B2 level
• Confidence in using websites and finding relevant information
• Good research and information-checking skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Interest in online advertising or digital content
• Experience in content writing, editing, or proofreading is an advantage
• Knowledge of online advertising tools (e.g. Google Ads) is a plus
