Our Client – a global leader in consulting and technology services – is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support a key procurement project in the IT & Telco category, focusing on the Iberian and EU markets. This is a unique opportunity to join an international procurement team and play a central role in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cross-border sourcing strategies.


Procurement Specialist with Spanish 

Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing activities in the IT & Telco category for Iberia and other EU countries

  • Help with gathering quotations, preparing comparisons, and selecting suppliers

  • Negotiating basic terms and pricing with vendors

  • Review and check purchase requests based on internal procurement rules

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and support documentation flow

  • Work closely with procurement teams in other countries to align sourcing activities

  • Help monitor supplier performance and maintain contact with vendors

  • Prepare simple reports and presentations for internal use

  • Take part in international projects and share knowledge with the team

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally in IT & Telco or Supply Chain

  • Interest in the IT & Telco supply market and procurement innovations

  • Strong communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Knowldege of English (min. B1) & Spanish (min. B2)

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, with a team-first mindset

  • Experience in working within international teams or environments
