Junior Finance Specialist with German
We are currently looking for Junior Finance Specialists with German to join an international finance team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to develop their career in finance, accounting, or business operations within a global organization.
In this role, you will support daily financial processes, cooperate with international stakeholders, and help ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Your responsibilities:
Support daily finance and accounting activities
Assist in invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation
Respond to queries from suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Perform basic financial calculations and data analysis
Work with SAP and MS Excel to manage financial data
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Maintain documentation and process guidelines
Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization initiatives
Cooperate with various departments such as Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service
We are looking for:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or during studies)
First experience in finance, accounting, customer service, or business support is an advantage
Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
