We work: Hybrid; 2-3 days in the office weekly

Are you fluent in German and looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, international environment? Our Client is currently looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join their Warsaw-based Shared Services Center as Order Management Specialists.


Order Management Specialist with German

 What you will do:

  • Capture, register, and process customer orders in line with their needs, agreements, and defined service levels.

  • Offer alternative products in case of shortages or withdrawals.

  • Optimize, plan, and coordinate deliveries in cooperation with partners and clients.

  • Monitor order portfolios and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Notify clients proactively about any delays or issues and support resolution activities.

  • Handle customer claims and complaints – investigate root causes and provide effective solutions.

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize sales and cross-sell opportunities when responding to client needs.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • German at C1 level and English at B2 level.

  • No prior experience required – we’re open to juniors and recent graduates.

  • Strong soft skills: communication, flexibility, empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving.
