For our client, a renowned international financial institution specializing in corporate and investment services on the global market, we offer the opportunity to join the team as a Private Capital Liabilities Specialist with French. In this role, you will manage distributions, transactions, and communication for French PE & RE funds, ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships.
What You Will Do:
- Process distributions and other payment-related tasks for French PE&RE funds, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage subscriptions, redemptions, successions, and other share movements for these funds.
- Oversee the management of personal and team email inboxes.
- Handle cash reconciliations across multiple accounts and monitor fee tracking.
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain communication and build relationships with all counterparties, both internal and external.
- Participate in internal reporting activities to measure operational quality (KPIs).
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of department processes.
- Identify potential risks in a timely manner to support risk mitigation.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of procedures and SLAs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for various clients, ensuring high-quality customer service.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, securities services, or property sector.
- Proficiency in French and English (at least C1 level) is essential.
- Good understanding of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specifics will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and an innovative approach.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
- Client-focused attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
