Project Management Officer with French

We are looking for a dedicated Portfolio Support Analyst to join our team and support the Global Head of Chief Technology Officer Project and Portfolio Management in successfully delivering key change initiatives within the Chief Technology Officer's portfolio. As a Portfolio Support Analyst, you will not manage specific projects or programs, but you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and efficient delivery of these initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the delivery of complex, global change projects, collaborating with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely project plans and forecasts for the Chief Technology Officer's infrastructure and resources.
• Act as the main point of contact for Portfolio and Programme Management Information and analysis across the portfolio.
• Ensure Portfolio Leads and Programme Managers adhere to established processes and best practices in project management.
• Help manage operational and system requirements, including data management and reporting in tools like Clarity and Global Portfolio Data Management.
• Capture, document, and maintain key portfolio data, such as risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring up-to-date and complete information.
• Prepare portfolio update reports, quality procedures, audits, and status reports as needed.
• Encourage collaboration within and across teams, fostering teamwork and efficient workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with project and portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ideally, a basic understanding of our Client's IT organization.
• Knowledge of tools like CA Clarity, Open Workbench, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities to solve complex project challenges.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to engage and influence our Client’s key stakeholders.
