Job Title: Proposal & Content Specialist (RFP Analyst)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Department: Global Proposal Management Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and related materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and client-focused documentation.
• Enhance the RFP production process and improve document quality to support commercial objectives.
• Manage and update content databases, including automation templates for recurring requests.
• Contribute to process improvement projects and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RFPs within financial services, preferably asset management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages (e.g., French or German) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience.
