Regional Indirect Procurement Specialist (German-speaking)

Your responsibilities:

• Take ownership of selected indirect sourcing projects across Europe, with a focus on HR services

• Support the regionalization of locally sourced categories and supplier landscape analysis

• Prepare and support negotiations with strategic suppliers, primarily for German-speaking markets

• Act as the procurement contact for internal stakeholders across multiple countries

• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and efficiency initiatives

• Support reporting on spend, savings, and sourcing progress

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing

• Fluent English and German (daily working languages)

• Experience working in a project-based procurement environment

• Strong stakeholder communication skills

• SAP experience is a strong plus

• Willingness to grow into a regional sourcing / category role
