Regional Indirect Procurement Specialist (German-speaking)
Your responsibilities:
Take ownership of selected indirect sourcing projects across Europe, with a focus on HR services
Support the regionalization of locally sourced categories and supplier landscape analysis
Prepare and support negotiations with strategic suppliers, primarily for German-speaking markets
Act as the procurement contact for internal stakeholders across multiple countries
Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and efficiency initiatives
Support reporting on spend, savings, and sourcing progress
We are looking for:
2+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing
Fluent English and German (daily working languages)
Experience working in a project-based procurement environment
Strong stakeholder communication skills
SAP experience is a strong plus
Willingness to grow into a regional sourcing / category role
