Regulatory Compliance Technology Lead
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Lead and support AI and analytics projects in the Regulatory Compliance area
- Use advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI to identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions and models
- Monitor and improve existing surveillance models
- Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with model governance and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with global teams and support hiring and talent development
You are the right person for the role if you:
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong experience in analytics, AI, and machine learning
- Good understanding of Regulatory Compliance in Financial Services
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization is a plus
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
