IT Project Manager
Location: Cracow
Contract Type: B2B (150zł/h - 180zł/h)
Work Model: Hybrid working model (Two days from the office in Krakow)
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of project management principles, supporting the creation of detailed plans with key activities and milestones.
- Assists in defining required scope, quality, cost, and effort for successful project delivery.
- Manages progress against plans, anticipates and removes roadblocks, asks clarifying questions when needed, and escalates issues appropriately with potential solutions.
- Tracks and reports on financial performance metrics, implementing budget control measures to manage expenses.
- Develops communication and reporting strategies, coordinates with stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation, and approvals.
- Identifies and manages risks and issues, ensuring appropriate tracking and engagement of relevant team members.
- Supports the development and monitoring of a comprehensive project plan, identifying key milestones and assisting in assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Ensures adherence to quality assurance processes, established frameworks, and standard tools.
- Utilizes analytical tools and techniques to prepare and analyze management reports, identifying factors affecting progress, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Delivers high-quality outputs that are well-structured, insightful, error-free, and responsive to feedback.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle.
- Experience with both waterfall and Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of how change delivers value for organizations, customers, and other stakeholders (preferred).
- Proven project management skills, including examples of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in managing project outcomes with a focus on delivery at pace and quality control.
